Refund policy

We want you to love your LAJERS piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window: You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. 

Refunds: Approved returns are refunded in full to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Final sale items: Fragrance (Chasing Shape) cannot be returned once opened or used, for hygiene reasons. Vintage, one-of-a-kind, or vintage-sourced pieces are sold as-is and are also final sale. Final sale items are marked as such in their product description.
